Today Jani recorded all bass tracks with his good old 1981 Charvel San Dimas Telly bass. 4 out of 5 songs are in standard E and one in E flat. Soundwise the goal
was to keep it tight and precise but still have some growl to it. Sansamp Bass Driver was there to help as always. Pics can be found in our photo gallery. Guitar recording starts next week
followed by vocal sessions scheduled for early January.

Recording sessions for the next CD titled "Consume To Be Consumed" started yesterday. Jari set up his new drum kit at Studio 57 and blasted through
five new songs. Pasi Kauppinen, who engineered the sessions, helped us to capture the great sound coming from the kit. This time we aimed for a more rounded and melodic drum sounds which should fit
the material perfectly. Check out pictures in the gallery section and stay tuned for more news. Now it's time for some bass!

the new DoF EP tentatively titled "Generation Of Clones". The band couldn't be
more excited about the situation since Jeff is one of their musical heroes and in a league of his own when it comes to punch and clarity on metal productions. "This will elevate us performance-wise also. We want to make Jeff
proud of the release.", says DoF guitarist Jani Ylikangas.

"Challenge" uploaded! This song was written as a Jackson Guitar Palace theme song about two years ago. It was also used as backing for a soloing jam done by several Jackson guitar players. Two video clips showing Jani playing his parts were posted on YouTube back then and they have since received over 100 000 views combined. After many requests the band decided to record this song and now it's available on MySpace. View more...
